5. Strategic Career Direction. Make deliberate decisions about where to invest effort. Avoid drift, overcommitment, and misaligned career paths.
6. Influence & Value Creation. Shift from reliable execution to visible impact. Build influence, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and increase commercial contribution.

Two weeks after each module, you’ll join a small group coaching session to debrief your real-world experiments, share what’s working, and get support applying what you’ve learned. These sessions are where insight becomes practice.
