A 6-month online program for high-performing women in professional services who want to sustain their performance, increase their visibility, and build a career that actually works for them.

In professional services, the women who get identified as high performers are usually the most reliable people in the system.

They deliver. They pick things up when others drop them. They carry their client work, and a significant share of the internal load as well. The team check-ins.  The mentoring. The culture. The ‘can you just…’ requests that keep everything moving.

And yet, despite consistently high performance, progression doesn’t always follow.

Because in most firms, what gets recognised most clearly is what’s billable, visible, and commercially attributable. Not reliability. Not contribution to culture. Not caring.  Not the capacity that holds everything together.

The result? Effort stays high. Direction stays misaligned. And the typical institutional response: more resilience training, more confidence-building, adds to the load without addressing the real issue.

How It Works

  • Format: Online, delivered over 6 months
  • Modules: 6 x 90-minute expert-led sessions
  • Group coaching: 6 x 60-minute sessions (two weeks after each module)
  • Between sessions: Behaviour change experiments to embed learning in real work
  • Investment: $1,500 + GST per person (early bird pricing available)
